The Niagara Forum is an annual event that brings together the Niagara community, held annually, once in the US and UK. The 2025 conference was held in London from March 31-April 2. We were pleased to be a Diamond Sponsor of the event!

Below is a recap of the conference from our Chief Product Innovation and Marketing Officer, Marcin Ploski.
Niagara Forum always feels special, and this year was no different. Here is why.
I used to live in London for many years, and that is where my professional journey with Building Management Systems (BMS) and the Niagara Framework started. That is why I feel a special bond with this place.
The Niagara Forum took place right in the heart of London, just steps away from the London Eye and Big Ben, which are always spectacular. It is an international event joined by industry leaders from all around the world, among whom we are pleased to recognize many of our partners.
We had the pleasure to discuss not only how Niagara evolves, but also how iSMA CONTROLLI product offering grows for the Niagara Community. And there was a lot to show, as for the first time we presented our Unified Portfolio for Niagara, which consists of Master Controllers powered by Niagara and a new range of Niagara-enabled controllers, fully programmable
in Niagara Workbench.

This year’s event was split into three days:
DAY 1: Developers Day – Brought insights into new UI views for third-party modules, security, best practices, and other product updates. Our Niagara Developers team joined the sessions to ensure we follow best practices during our product development for the Niagara Community.

DAY 2: SI Day – Focused on the value Niagara brings from the integration, security, and cloud connectivity perspectives.

Andrew D’Amelio, Tridium GM, presented insights on the power of Niagara Community
and the Partnership. Important numbers on how the community grows are:
- 1.4+ million of instances of Niagara worldwide
- Over 25.000 trained and certified professionals
- 1000+ Niagara developers
- Niagara is available in more than 77 countries today

We had the opportunity to present our approach during the session titled “Bridging Field and Cloud: A Unified Niagara Architecture” conducted by Pawel Szarmanski, Solution Product Manager.

Our team of Product Owners joined to learn about the latest trends and make sure our products are future proof and aligned with market requirements.
The evening Gala concluded day two with a dinner, a magician’s performance and the presentation of the 2025 Tridium Hall of Fame Award. This year’s award went to Terrance Hall, Technical Director at Automated Control Solutions and Industry Leader of HVAC control on South African Market. ACS is also one of the longest partners for our BMS products. Congratulations on a well-deserved award!

DAY 3: Specifiers and Consultants Day – The last day’s sessions focused on end user value and real world applications of Niagara. Case studies and lessons learned were presented. Our Product Marketing team joined to experience the actual value that Niagara brings as a framework and as a community.
Throughout all three days, our booth was open to visitors from early morning coffee to the closing reception. Our core team at the booth, together with Per Holst Thomsen, Marco Nostrini, Jim Sword, Pawel Szarmanski, and myself, presented the new developments for MAC36PRO controllers, our new range of freely programmable RAC, VAV, ZAC, and UAC Niagara-enabled application controllers with nano EDGE ENGINE embedded, and many more.

A big thank you to all partners and visitors for taking the time to stop by our booth.
And to the Tridium team for putting together another fantastic event for the Niagara Community.
We already look forward to next year’s Niagara Summit!
